Texas law allows private property owners to choose whether to allow firearms on their property. If guns are not allowed on the property, this will generally be indicated through signage or some other form of notice. Currently, only three states have laws regarding the minimum age for leaving children home alone. This statute does not give specific examples of issues that materially affect the health and safety of an ordinary tenant.
